We are a SALSA-approved business in the port of Lowestoft operating from our purpose-built factory. We also buy the freshest catch at our local daily auction and buy from all major UK ports, Europe and worldwide.
As well as providing fish
from anchovies to yellow croaker, we also stock a wide range of frozen products including bread, meats
and chips
to a diverse range of businesses across the catering sector. To add to this, we have our own on-site butchery producing high-quality sausages, burgers and mince.
